Travelling from outside Dublin?

By car
Easily reached via the M50 and the main road network. On-site parking is €10 per day, with on-street parking nearby.
By train
Take an intercity service to Dublin city centre, then connect by DART, bus or taxi to Ballsbridge.
Staying overnight
There are plenty of hotels and restaurants within easy reach of the RDS to make a weekend of it.

The nearest station is Sandymount DART — around a 5-minute walk from the venue.
By bus
Several Dublin Bus routes serve Ballsbridge, stopping close to the RDS.
By taxi
Roughly 10 minutes from the city centre, or about 20 minutes from Dublin Airport.

Doors open 10am and close at 5pm on both Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 September.

Is parking available at the RDS?

Yes. Parking is available on-site at the RDS throughout The Wedding Show weekend. Parking Fee: €10 per day. Additional on-street parking is available around the venue, subject to availability.

Sandymount DART Station is approximately a 5-minute walk from the RDS and is one of the easiest ways to travel to the event from Dublin City Centre and surrounding coastal areas.

The RDS is approximately 10 minutes from Dublin City Centre by taxi, depending on traffic.

The RDS is approximately 20 minutes from Dublin Airport by taxi, depending on traffic conditions.

Children under 12 years old can attend The Wedding Show free of charge when accompanied by an adult.

No. Each ticket is valid for one day only and can be used on either Saturday or Sunday.

If you wish to attend both days, you will need to purchase a ticket for each day.

Yes, tickets can be purchased at the entrance on the day of the event.
